YoDitto Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using YoDitto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

YoDitto is a free social guessing game where players answer daily questions and try to match the most popular responses. The App is supported by advertisements and is provided for entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use YoDitto. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.

4. User Accounts

• You may sign in using Apple, Google, or as a Guest.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Guest accounts have limited functionality and data may not persist across devices or app reinstalls.
• You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate scores or gameplay is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit offensive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or illegal content through answers, comments, profile photos, or display names
• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or game mechanics
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other players through comments or other features
• Impersonate other players or public figures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

6. User-Generated Content

You may submit content through the App, including game answers, comments, profile photos, and display names ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your User Content in connection with operating the App
• Represent that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law
• Acknowledge that your answers may be aggregated and displayed to other players as part of game results

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements. Ad content is not endorsed by YoDitto and we are not responsible for the products or services advertised.

8. Intellectual Property

YoDitto and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by YoDitto Games LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The YoDitto name, logo, and dodo bird branding are trademarks of YoDitto Games LLC.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App. Game content, including questions and scoring, is provided for entertainment and we make no guarantees of accuracy or fairness.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoDitto and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YoDitto and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
